Return & Replacement Policy

At Dermora Cosmetics, we understand the importance of a smooth return and replacement process when shopping online. To ensure transparency and prevent misuse, the following conditions must be met to qualify for a return or replacement:

  • The Return & Replacement policy applies only if the received item is damaged or incorrectly delivered.

  • Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery via:

Any claim made after 24 hours of the delivery date will not be accepted.

  • The claimed item must not be opened, unsealed, or used, and must remain in its original packaging and condition.

  • Replacement requests will only be processed if the product is returned to our warehouse within 7 days of the delivery date. Once received, the item will be inspected by our Quality Assurance team, and a replacement will be issued upon successful evaluation.

  • Returned items remain the customer’s responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Items must be securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

  • Replacement of the same product and shade will be prioritized. Requests for different products or shades are generally discouraged; however, customers may contact our Customer Service team to discuss possible exceptions.


Reserved Rights Regarding Returns

Dermora Cosmetics reserves the right to define, limit, refuse, or reject returns at its sole discretion in cases including, but not limited to:

  • Irregular or excessive return patterns indicating misuse;

  • Frequent returns involving damaged or missing items;

  • Suspected fraudulent or criminal activity.


Shipping Policy

Delivery Time

Nationwide delivery typically takes 3–5 working days after order confirmation via call or WhatsApp. Delivery timelines may vary depending on weather conditions or public safety situations.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS from our courier partner. Customers can track their order after 12 hours of dispatch through the courier’s tracking portal.

Delivery riders may contact customers at the time of delivery, so please ensure availability on the provided contact number.

Shipping Charges

  • Nationwide delivery charges: Rs. 200

  • Free delivery on orders worth Rs. 3000 or above within Pakistan.

Free delivery and promotional gift offers may be introduced periodically.

Orders are shipped through PostEx and Leopard Courier Services within Pakistan.
